Climate camp for young people from Kosovo will be organized from 3rd till 6th of September in Bajgora, near Mitrovica.

If you are:

  • young and living in Kosovo
  • highly interested in climate justice and activism
  • willing to get more involved in climate justice activities after the camp
  • coming from an impacted community (next to coal power plants, mines or polluted areas) – not obligatory

then, this climate camp is for you!

What is this camp about? 🙂

On this camp we will learn and share about diverse topics related to climate justice and activism. For instance:

  • climate change and climate politics
  • climate justice movement in Europe and Kosovo
  • current situation regarding energy, climate and sustainable living in Kosovo
  • climate activism, tips and trick J

We will also take part in Green Fest in Mitrovica, by organizing climate actions/activities.

Conditions for participation

  • participation fee: 5€
  • stay during the whole duration of the camp
  • not complanining that there is no meat 🙂

Accommodation will be in tents, food will be vegan (climate-friendly) with vegetarina option (local products), toilet is composting and showers are outdoor (improvised J).

We will be staying in an isolated place from fairytale, surrounded with forest, with limited phone connection and no Internet at all!

We will also cover your travel costs (if you keep all of your tickets).

You should fill in this simple form before 20th of August! By 25th of August we will inform you about selection.
